Watermark Residential Development The Watermark Residential Development is a 36 townhouse property investment on the banks of the Waikato River. This large project was a chalenge from start to finish as both Regional and District Councils required consents. The resource consent was undertaken through the notified process and residents and Hapu had to be persuadedthat this project's advantages outweighed its disadvantages.
