Paetiki Shopping Centre Re-development

The Paetiki Shopping Centre Re-development was a major upgrade to a suburban shopping centre. This project was all the more chalenging as the District Plan no longer acknowledged Community Shopping Precincts but induded them under the Residential Zone.

The Project required project management, a consultation strategy, co-ordination of the consultant team, resource consents, management of public notification and Council hearings.

Conceptual design of the Watermark development, Taupo

Watermark Residential Development

The Watermark Residential Development is a 36 townhouse property investment on the banks of the Waikato River.

This large project was a chalenge from start to finish as both Regional and District Councils required consents.

The resource consent was undertaken through the notified process and residents and Hapu had to be persuadedthat this project's advantages outweighed its disadvantages.

This project had a successful outcome after putting its case the Environment Court.
