1. Family Centred Business – ability for you to work from home, we will provide flexibility in hours for your family commitments and there is no expectation of you to work overtime. You will be expected to work 40 hours per week with a productivity of 85%, attend team meetings and client meetings at the office as well as work a minimum of 3 days in the office.

2. Small Relaxed Supportive Team – you will be working in a small specialise team of resource management and planning specialists. We have a project tracking system that is updated weekly – this allows us to schedule projects, set timeframes, allocate senior support when necessary and have transparent work schedule so that everyone knows where everything is at.

3. Professional Development – we will support you to undertake professional development learning and you will have the ability to attended monthly professional development workshops as well as attend Planning Institute seminars held in the Taupo/Rotorua area.

4. Commission/Bonus Based Remuneration Package – if you would like to increase your income we can offer you a commission for new customers (ie, a repeat client) that you bring into the business. If you would prefer we could offer you a performance based bonus which is paid quarterly and based on exceptional productivity (110% and 125%).

5. Ability To Buy Into The Business – the remuneration package we can offer you may include the ability to buy into the business. If you already have a number of committed clients and the ability to bring more customers into the business partnership offers could be discussed..

6. Cover Out Of Pocket Expenses – we will provide you with a mobile phone for work related calls (no txt, pxt or video calls) and a company vehicle will be available for company business. If you have to use your own vehicle we will provide a fuel card.

7. Regular Committed Customers – we have many committed customers that require resource management services throughout any one year as well as an in-house contract with a State Owned Enterprise – Kordia Ltd that is in its 6th year. Most of the projects that come in the door are from referrals and both the job boards are always full.

8. Variety And Scope Of Work - we undertake a wide range of work throughout New Zealand from telecommunications utility, challenging large scale developments to new residential and house additions. This variety and scope of work offers you the ability to widen your skill base, work with Council’s throughout New Zealand and grow your resource management career.

9. Systemised Business – we have developed a number of company systems that make it easy for you progress through a project as well as general office business. These include checklists that itemise what you need from a client, what to ask a client, when to contact a client and how to file documents, fill out timesheets and payroll requirements.

10. New Central Office – you will be working on the CBD fringe with the ability to walk into town, walk to Council and be near the hub of Taupo.
